We are seeking a diligent and experienced Tender Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating the tender process by providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Maintain a tender database, including records of past tenders, current opportunities, and upcoming deadlines.
- Conduct research on potential tender opportunities and assist in identifying new prospects.
- Support the tender evaluation process by organizing meetings, collating feedback, and assisting in the analysis of bids.
- Ensure compliance with tender regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding tender-related matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the tender team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction, engineering, or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with tender management software is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with tender documentation and processes in Malaysia is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
