Admin & Document Controller

Provide administrative support to the Project & Contract team
- Organize and schedule appointments for meeting and site visits
- Checking documents, scanning and photocopying files, and making sure that files and records are in orderly manner
- Follow up, manage and organise claims documents from sub-contractors in timely manner
- Support office administrative duties as and when requires
**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma holder
- 2 years of working experience preferably in engineering or construction industry
- Good command of English and BM
- A personality of organised, self discipline and initiative in carry out his/her duties
- Wiling to work extra hours and able to meet timeline during project tendering preparation
- Work days and hour: Mondays - Fridays, 8.3am to 5.30pm
- Salary commensurate with experience
- LRT accessible

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
