Expectation of the role:
This role will be responsible for full end-to-end HR activities/services/support including but not limited to ensuring local implementation of GBS’ global HR policies, processes and tools. Support local management on personnel related topics for all divisions/functions. Conduct personnel administration in regards to HR processes, personnel files, GBS personnel system and other relevant employee documentation. Proactively implement and ensure compliance to local laws, rules and regulations.

This role will report to local country HR Manager and build business partnering with other members of the local business management team
Summary of the job:
- Ensure implementation and compliance to the global People Processes (recruit, onboard, develop competence, manage performance, and exit).- Execute HR processes and activities as outlined in the HR Service Catalogue

- Service Catalogue will be shared and explained during interview process)_- Provide advice and support to local management and employees on personnel related topics.- Execute all required administrative tasks related to employees (personnel files, HRIS, LMS etc).- Ensure compliance to local employment laws and regulations.- Ensure correct administration and documentation of payroll, employee benefits, pension and insurances and leave registration- Ensure local personnel handbook is up to date and reflects local labour law and regulations- Administrate sick leave and absenteeism and if applicable stay in contact with Company Doctor.- Understand and implement relevant policies, processes and activities related to Occupational Health and ensure compliance with OHSAS.
Requirements for the role:
- Relevant work experience in HR
- Must have fundamental knowledge of local labour and employment law-
- A self-started and a highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude, open to accept ambiguity and will be happy to get involved in all levels of work - from administrative HR to having the opportunities working on projects, come up with HR initiatives, etc- Due to lean local HR structure, acceptance of multitasking at any one time (high volume workload) as learning opportunity and ensuring deliverable of operational activities at all times- Attention to detail, ability to work on own initiative and good time management to prioritize workloads- Strong customer focus/service minded/business partnering capability with good relationship management skills- Confident decision-making basis on knowledge of local labor laws and regulations and HR process and policies- Ability to communicate and cooperate with employees and managers in all levels of our organisation.
