Position : HR Consultant
Basic Salary : RM 2,500
Additional : Commission RM 400 - RM 600 onwards
Location : 46G, Jalan Sungai Burung AA32/AA, Bukit Rimau, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor.
Working Hour : 6 working days / 8 hours
Business Nature : Maid agency
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Match customer's requirements with the helper's profile.
- Coordinate helper handover with the management team.
- Provide after-sales follow-up and service.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
- At least SPM / STPM or equivalent.
- Required languages : Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Working experience in related fields will be an added advantage.
