**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive insights.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in business development within the logistics or related industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
