- Be on time for work. Any late for their designated start time must notify the supervisor
- Maintain a reasonable standard of attire and grooming
- Monitor all the vehicles on control room monitoring screen
- Ensure trucks details are gathered before trucks leaving for deliveries
- Proper communication with drivers
- Prompt respond to the notification alert appearing in Astrata Data-Fm monitoring system
- Generate and distribute OBC reports on daily basis to all the Linfox business unit
- Check truck GPS status on daily basis and inform supervisor if found any abnormal.
- Vehicle parking away from the home base must be check physically on the screen every 60 minutes
- Do not leave the control room vacant for more than 30 minutes for any breaks.
- Ensure all the inbound and out bound calls are recorded in control room personal log sheet during their shift respectively.
- All the monitoring status should be written in provided log book.
- Ensure all the incidents logged in incidents book.
- Always monitor;
- Over speeds (refer SOP MCR002)
- Unauthorised Stops (refer SOP MCR003)
- Fatigue Monitoring (refer SOP MCR004)
- Harsh Braking (refer SOP MCR005)
- Excessive Idling (refer SOP MCR006)
- Hijacking Prevention & Post Incident Procedures (refer SOP MCR007)
- Device Tampering (refer SOP MCR 008)
- Miscellaneous monitoring (refer SOP MCR009)
- Warehouse Monitoring (refer SOP MCR010)
- Any issues related to operation must be notify supervisor immediately
**Job Requirement**
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Good written and communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work in shift rotation
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft excel, word, power point and outlook.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
