Event Coordinator

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee All Operations: Manage and ensure the successful execution of events, covering development, production, and delivery.
2. Coordinate and Implement Operations: Skillfully coordinate various event components, including staff management, food and beverage services, AV/tech support, structure setup, decor, and payment processing.
3. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients or event hosts, building strong communication ties and rapport while ensuring their satisfaction.
4. Liaise with Different Departments: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and suppliers, to guarantee the success of each event.
5. Prepare Event-specific Checklists: Create detailed checklists and worksheets tailored to each event, outlining specific requirements for successful event execution.
6. Travel to Offsite Events: When necessary, provide on-site event support and ensure the delivery of crucial event items for offsite events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event management or related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,250.12 - RM5,837.47 per month
