**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of various departments, including but not limited to, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and facilities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, human resources, and sales, to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, and implement strategies to enhance business continuity and resilience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process re-engineering, technology adoption, and automation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant software systems and technologies, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and data analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with lean principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Certification in operations management or related areas is desirable.
