**JOB SUMMARY**

Administration
- Assisting in daily administration & operations
- Assist in analysing the recruitment needs in the market
- Assist with career fair (face to face / virtual) preparation and interview

Advertising
- Develop job vacancy advertisement for posting in social media and for dissemination
- Advertise job postings on various online job portals/social media/website and also via other resources

Interview & Selection
- Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Pursuing Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Familiar with social networks, professional sites, (e.g.: Job portals, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc).

**JOB EXPECTATIONS**
- Keeping team lead / superior updated daily of work status
- Wiling to learn and take the challenge
- Diligent, creative, independent, self-starter and courteous
- Openly discuss with team lead/superior on any issues faced
- Having an enjoyable working environment and fun above all that

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3- 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
