Job Summary
- Handle accounts and finance function for Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn Bhd and PHD Delivery Sdn Bhd, Sabah region for outlets and warehouses.

Job Responsibility:

- To prepare monthly division accounts for outlets and warehouses, ensure monthly accounts is closed on time.
- To prepare stocks & unvouchered AP reconciliation monthly.
- To prepare reconciliation for various balance sheet accounts.
- Assist to prepare interim and year-end financial statements and supporting documents/analysis schedule, liaise with Group Finance and external auditors.
- To prepare monthly cashflow forecast.
- To assist on information requested from other departments i.e. operations and warehouses.
- To ensure proper recording and safe keeping of accounting documentation.
- To prepare and post journals, checking on stock movement reports to balance sheet stock trading, checking interface journals from subsystems, making accruals for rental not paid and reviewing for correctness to ensure that proper business units are being charged.
- Monthly stock trading issues and reconciliation.
- Monthly accrual freight charges reconciliation.
- To prepare rental schedule and check to Nomos MFRS16.
- Preparing year end schedule and supporting documents for external auditors.
- Prepare monthly P&L analysis and food cost analysis to operations.
- Provide guidance to other team members, resolve issues and queries from operations, warehouses and SCM.
- Maintaining and updating files in organized manner.

Qualification and Skill requirements:

- Degree in accounting/ finance.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounting.
- Team Player.
- Communication skill.
- Analytical skill.
- Trouble shooting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
