Brief description:
- Daily monitoring of the assigned tasks and milestones
- Manage volumes of projects and data in varying stages of progression.
- Support Client’s Sales Team and their efforts to sell products, subscriptions, and solutions to end customers.
- Interacting and following up with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Complying with customer contract requirements.
Experience required:
- Any bachelor’s degree and postgraduate from a recognized institution.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a BPO environment.
- Proficient in MS Tools and systems
- Hands-on experience in working on PMO related activities
- Strong understanding of Spend management, Software Buying processes.
- Good knowledge on MS products
Skill sets:
- Good understanding of Project Management Operations and Sales support process.
- Good written & oral communication skills.
- Strong Analytical & interpersonal skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills
- Experience in creating knowledge base would be an advantage.
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
