**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate, create, and drive recruitment strategies to source, attract, select, and fill open positions (including posting, conducting interviews and extending offers).
- Conduct on-boarding program for new hires (on-site & virtually).
- Own the employee life cycle changes including probation, promotion & adjustment, annual merit increment, various variable bonus & termination.
- Maintain up-to-date information of employees and ensure personnel file records are accurate.
- Identify training and development needs and design programs to enhance staff skills and career growth.
- Continuously assess and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
