**主要責任**:
**1. 產品發布策略**:制定並執行成功推出商業家居產品的策略計劃,包括產品定位、定價策略、分銷管道和促銷活動。

**2. 大客戶管理**:確定大客戶(包括零售商、分銷商和批發商)、確定優先順序並與其建立關係,以確保分銷合作夥伴關係並提高產品在市場上的知名度和可用性。

**3. 促銷活動**:策劃並執行有針對性的促銷活動、行銷活動和產品演示,以激發興趣、提高品牌知名度並刺激大客戶和消費者對我們的商業家居產品的需求。

**4. 銷售產生**:透過主動發現機會、展示產品、談判條款以及與關鍵客戶達成交易來推動銷售成長,以實現銷售目標和收入目標。

**5. 市場分析**:進行徹底的市場分析和競爭對手研究,以確定市場趨勢、消費者偏好和競爭洞察,並利用研究結果來完善商業產品的銷售策略和定位。

**6. 客戶互動**:透過定期溝通、產品展示、簡報和銷售會議與重要客戶互動,讓他們了解我們商業產品的功能、優點和應用。

**7. 銷售預測**:與內部團隊(包括銷售、行銷和營運)合作,根據市場需求和客戶回饋制定準確的銷售預測、庫存計畫和定價策略。

**8. 績效追蹤**:監控和分析關鍵客戶商業產品的銷售績效、市場佔有率和獲利能力,並採取積極措施解決任何偏離目標的問題並優化銷售績效。

**9. 跨職能協作**:與跨職能團隊密切合作,確保銷售策略一致,確定計畫的優先順序,並有效利用資源來支援商業產品的促銷和銷售。

**資格**:
1. 工商管理、行銷學士學位或相關領域的最低文憑。

2. 擁有快速消費品產業大客戶管理或銷售職位的豐富經驗,重點在於向大客戶推廣和推出商業家居產品。

3. 深入了解快速消費品市場動態、消費者行為和競爭格局,能夠利用洞察力製定和執行有效的銷售策略。

4. 卓越的銷售頭腦、談判技巧以及影響主要利害關係人以推動銷售機會並成功達成交易的能力。

5. 較強的人際溝通和溝通能力,能夠與內部和外部利害關係人建立融洽關係、建立信任並促進協作關係。

6. 以結果為導向的心態,具有實現和超越銷售目標、推動收入成長和組織獲利最大化的記錄。

7. 分析思維,熟練市場分析、銷售預測和績效跟踪,為策略決策提供資訊並優化銷售績效。
