As Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and support to patrons who interact through online channels. You will handle customer inquiries, process online orders, and ensure a positive and seamless online shopping experience for customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Online Customer Support:

- Answer customer questions regarding bakery products, pricing, promotions, and order status.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues related to online/offline orders promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Order Processing and Management:

- Process online orders accurately, ensuring all details, customization requests, and delivery information are recorded correctly.
- Coordinate with the bakery team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of online orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delivery status, and any changes or delays.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Collaborate effectively with production & other related department, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate customer feedback, suggestions, or product requests to the appropriate teams for consideration and implementation.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

- Engage with customers through social media platforms and online communities, responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Build positive relationships with online customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat purchases.
- Proactively reach out to customers for feedback, reviews, and testimonials to enhance the bakery's online reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or training in customer service or online support is a plus).
- Proven experience in a customer service or online support role, preferably in the bakery or food service industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively in an online environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and find appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage online orders and customer information accurately.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
