- 处理所有与客户一般查询、投诉、评论、反馈和其他与公司产品相关的问题相关的来电。
- 在客户服务和准确信息方面超越客户的期望。
- 团队合作以实现所需的 KPI 元素和 SLA。
**工作要求 :**
- 能够用英语和普通话说写[香港市场需要流利的粤语]
- 34岁以下
- 最低 SPM
- 仅限马来西亚人
