**Major Task**:
Assist to support team and other internal stakeholders to help customers resolve issues they are facing
Assist to ensure that the company’s customer database is properly entered and kept in a way that whenever any information is needed in the future, it can be easily accessed
Assist to ensure customer care service standard of the company is strictly adhered to by every customer service personnel
Participate in training of fresh customer service employees
Assist to respond to inquiries and queries from clients and provide a thorough and speedy resolve
Assist to deliver appropriate and relevant information, and when not in the position to, refers customer(s) to appropriate department
Assist to participate in implementation or improvement of initiatives associated with customer service
Assist to establish standards for best customer support practices
Assist to investigate and respond to every inquiry and complaints from the customer regarding company’s product and possibly its shipment
Assist to develop standards and procedures for interacting with customers to ensure maximum satisfaction with company services
Assist to conduct surveys to discover customer perception of services and make appropriate adjustments
Assist to communicate with customers to identify their requirements as well as obtain feedback on the quality of service
Assist to carry out investigations to resolve difficult customer issues or complaints
Assist to ensure customer service representatives comply with set guidelines and policies
Assist to counsel customer service representatives on the impact of their decisions as well as guide them on best techniques necessary for effective customer service delivery
Assist to update customers on new products as well as recent development/changes in trends
Assist to provide periodic reports to management on work activities and progress
Assist to handle complicated and unresolved issues from less experienced personnel
Assist to develop strategies and plans for customer support

**Additional Major Task at KRoom**:
Make sure K-Room is neat and clean and is ready for all students.
Guide students by illustrating and explaining the concepts and checking their activities and giving hints as needed.
Manage students by maintaining an organized report of student performance and education.
Devote full time and energy to maximize student learning outcomes.
Continue learning through professional development activities.
Include students in all facets of instruction, guidance, and academic association.
Maintain confidential relationships with respect to student information.
Adhere to student abilities and competencies listed in the institutional syllabus of courses taught.
Develop and distribute course syllabi based on the institutional syllabi.
Maintain grades and class status information.
Submit required reports by deadlines.
Training, Education, Consultancy and workshops in all related services in all areas of Information Technology, Research and publications on bioinformatics consultants, agents, trainers, provide counseling, advisory services for furtherance of bioinformatic and IT Education.
