- To attend customer enquiries and answering the incoming calls in courteous manner.
- Handle and record the incoming and outgoing couriers in the office.
- To assist purchasing department as and when is required.
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior/Manager.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum SPM/Diploma holder.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service field.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Good in using Microsoft Excel/Words.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
