Customer Service Officer

Job Description:
- Provide product information, answering questions, and responding to customer enquiries.
- Meet sales targets and achieve monthly sales quota
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM and above
- Good customer service knowledge
- Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Melayu and Bahasa Inggeris
- Presentable and Good analytical thinking
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
