Position: Customer Sales Operations Specialist (Order Management) - Mandarin
Location: Pulau Pinang
Working hours: Normal office hours
Working days: Monday to Friday

**Salary**: Up to RM6,500 (basic)

**Requirements**:

- Able to speak Mandarin and English well
- Has order management or sales support experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of related experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer accounts daily, ensuring strong, professional relationships.
- Take proactive steps to optimize sales plans, maintain target inventory, and meet goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales forecasts to spot gaps between supply and demand.
- Work closely with internal teams for operational efficiency.
- Handle customer-related operational issues and escalations.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements and global best practices for customer support.
- Stay informed about all company products and services to better support sales efforts and understand customers' needs and markets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
