- The regional marketing strategic projects team identifies strategic marketing opportunities for the platform and manages the end to end process from ideation to implementation of the projects that we undertake
- Our team drives initiatives and innovation at scale that will bring positive change to our key stakeholders (consumers, merchants and drivers).
- Our project can cover One initiatives, or otherwise be vertical-focused (eg. high growth verticals
- We work closely with cross functional teams on a daily basis to make progress on ongoing projects. And we have regular syncs with country marketing teams to drive executions for regional initiatives. To succeed, you must be an effective communicator, and a solid team player.

**Get to know the role**:

- We are looking for an executive for our team, Regional Marketing Strategic Projects. You will be responsible for translating strategy into executions at scale, and encourage country teams to adapt and roll out.
- You should have a clear understanding of end-to-end marketing strategies and executions, and be able to grasp complex issues quickly.
- You should feel comfortable handling plenty of data, and be able to uncover insights and next steps for both regional and country teams to undertake.
- In this role you will have to work closely with business stakeholders and country marketing teams to source information and build relationships with them. You will also be required to work closely with external stakeholders in order to ensure project progress. This role requires plenty of initiative and the strength in stakeholder engagement.

**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- Assist and support the team with the operational needs of the project executions. Helm strong communications across all stakeholders with updates, changes in direction or initiatives, and more.
- Manage and handle the live stream pilot project helmed on a regional scale. Coordinate across different functions (e.g. marketing, legal & privacy, etc.)
- Track, monitor and understand live stream performances through observation, research, insights and analytics. Be as close to the ground as possible to understand what works and what does not work, and the challenges that the country teams face.
- Responsible for all livestream back-end related matters (e.g. report compilation, recording of stream details, etc). Be operationally ready during official live streams to ensure a smooth flow or help fix urgent on-ground matters.
- Support our creative teams in brainstorming and execute some GTM with country teams and ensure timelines are met.
- Work with our market research and analytics team to gather findings and support in actionable insights.
- Gather and use data and support the execution of new innovation projects from the team and help to monitor performance metrics.
- Support multiple, time sensitive projects with competing priorities to ensure completion with team guidance and high attention to detail.

**The Must-Haves**:

- Min 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Min 1-2 years of experience in the tech industry is preferred.
- Min 1-2 years of regional experience is preferred.
- Digital marketing experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or preferred.
- Good communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
- Efficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint. Comfortable working with numbers on a daily basis.
- Self-starter and able to work well in a fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Independent and flexible to take on new tasks when necessary.
- High ambition to improve and develop your skills.
- Passionate about what we do, and making a positive impact in SEA.
