Ensure daily administration tasks of paperwork such as filing and photocopying
- Providing assistance on Stock/inventory checking (liaising with Warehouse Dept / Contact Lens Dept).
- Reporting - Compilation, writing and filing reports/documents.
- To manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving
- Review and proofread documents prepared for signature.
- To note down the discussion points and follow up the necessary action, if any.
- Ad hoc support to outlet as required and when needed.
- Social Media Posting.Especially on Tik Tok,-Canva-Creative copywriting-English communication skills
- Monitor, design, maintain and improve company social media presence on social media
- Managing and updating social media platforms.
- Keeping up-to-date with trends in social media and marketing technology.
- Creating innovative content to engage with clients and users.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

**Job Requirements**
- Graduate must possess minimum Diploma qualification, preferably from Marketing Background
- Skilled, active and experienced in using Tik Tok
- Required language: BM and English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Creative
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends (Alternate Saturdays)
- Required Skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
- On job training provided.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
