**Salary**

RM 4000.00 - RM 5000.00 (Depending On Experience)

**Strategic CRM Development**
- Assist in crafting and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies, including annual planning.

**Data Management**
- Ensure customer data integrity within the CRM system.
- Oversee the management of member information, including contact details, purchase history, preferences, and warranties.
- Segment customer data for tailored marketing efforts.

**Reporting and Analysis**
- Generate and maintain detailed reports for customer insights.
- Conduct sales trend analysis for strategic planning.
- Evaluate promotional campaign effectiveness.

**Customer Service Excellence**
- Provide superior customer support, resolving queries and issues promptly.
- Focus on enhancing member satisfaction through timely complaint resolution.

**Feedback Collection**
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights for service improvement.

**Marketing Communications**
- Execute targeted marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.

**Loyalty Program Development**
- Design and implement loyalty schemes to reward and retain customers.
- Explore partnerships for extended loyalty benefits.

**Operational Support**
- Assist with the management of the Repair Department.
- Handle additional ad-hoc projects as needed.

**Job Requirements**
- **Minimum 1 year experience**:

- **Proficient in English** (both written and spoken).
- **Must speak Mandarin**:

- **Open Race**:

- Preferable Male
- Might require outstation
- **Approachable** with a passion for interacting with people.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking** skills.
- Excellent **communication** and interpersonal abilities.
- Thrives in **fast-paced, dynamic** environment.
- Can work **independently** with resilience and integrity.
