**Key Responsibilities**

**Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.

**Administrative Support**:

- Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings and events, including booking rooms and arranging refreshments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

**Member Services**:

- Provide orientation for new members, explaining facilities and policies.
- Address member queries and resolve issues promptly.

**Facility Management**:

- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas and meeting rooms.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Manage mail and package deliveries, distributing them to members.

**Other Duties**:

- Support the management team with various tasks and projects as needed

**Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a co-working space, office environment, or customer service setting.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with technology.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
