Assistant Human Resource Manager

**Assistant HR Manager** 1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisations overall objectives. 2. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture. 3. Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and translate them into HR initiatives. 4. Develop and implement effective onboarding processes and programs. 5. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. 6. Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs. 7. 11. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the organization's compensation strategy is competitive. 8. Handle payroll & statutory (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB) processing, time and attendance tracking, and other related processes. 9. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and adjust policies and practices accordingly. 10. Familiarity with Malaysia’s labour laws and related worker policies and regulations, with practical experience in handling interviews & onboarding process. **Job Requirements**: 1. Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 3-5 years' experience in a senior HR leadership role. 3. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation. 4. Strong leadership and strategic thinking ability **Working Days**: - 5 days a week **Working Time**: - 09:00am - 06:00pm **Expected salary**: - RM5,500 - RM6,500 per month
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
