Reporting to the BU Leader of APAC Surgical, you will be responsible for managing both the Sales and Marketing teams/function for our Surgical business in SEA. This Business Unit has an exciting portfolio of existing and new ground-breaking technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- P&L owner to lead Southeast Asia Surgical Structural Heart business unit in developing vision, strategy, and long-term plan for Southeast Asia. Market entry, therapy development, revenue, reimbursement/pricing, and lifecycle management
- Develop, implement, and execute annual operating plans (in conjunction with business unit and regional management)
- Ensures that sales targets and strategic initiatives are met by putting the right people in the right jobs. Partner with other regions, regional, and global resources where possible. Organize work with proper span of control and oversight. Ensure compliant use of tools and processes to ensure proper governance and oversight
- Manage distributor relationships in relevant markets and ensure their sales targets related to BU are properly forecasted and forecasts are met
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with KOL, administrators of key accounts and government authorities
- Leads the talent development and employee succession planning process in conjunction with HR and BU Leader APAC. Organizes and manages hiring and training process for team members. Ensure therapy continuity in all key markets. Develop and execute individual development plans for team members. Identify and develop talent for transfer and promotion opportunities

**Required Education/Skills/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or Master’s with more than 12 years of relevant work experience in Marketing and/or Sales. Preferred in international medical device company.
- Proven track record of planning, execution, and people management
- Prior P&L responsibility
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical, written and verbal skills
- Demonstrated success in motivating, developing and leading a team
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Able to take frequently travelling within the region
- Experience with a surgical portfolio - structural heart highly regarded.
