**職位描述:**
- 執行日常管理和會計操作。
- 檢查所有發票並將其過帳給客戶,以確保月末結算的準確性和時間表。
- 及時產生月末對帳單,定期更新收款狀態
- 監控交貨安排,確保貨物在規定的時間內交貨。
- 熟悉發票、貸方票據、借方票據管理等開立
- 確保所有會計記錄在會計系統中正確更新和核對。
- 上級不時分配的任何其他任務。
- 確保正確填寫所有文件。
- 協助每月盤點、每年盤點並與審計員打交道。

**工作要求**
- 候選人必須至少擁有 SPM / 文憑 / 高級 / 高級 / 會計金融研究生文憑或同等學歷。
- 至少 2-3 年類似職位的經驗。
- 熟練使用會計軟體,了解自動計數會計軟體將是一個額外的優勢
- 熟悉Microsoft Office(尤其是Excel)。
- 善於表達,與他人合作協調,學習能力強,能及時更新相關職位知識。
- 善於分析,工作態度良好,能夠在很少的監督下獨立工作。
- 能夠同時處理多項任務、確定工作負載的優先順序並能夠按時完成任務。
- 非常注重細節和結果驅動的方法
- 所需語言:英語和馬來語。
- 與其他部門密切合作處理日常財務運作事宜。
- 展現公司在所有職責的工作品質、產出和技術要求方面的標準
