Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Executives, Human Resources.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, etc.).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.). **Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.**:

- Conduct new employee orientations.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Provide admin support, e.g. Hotel booking accommodation, groceries, stationeries, and any other tasks from time to time.
- Assist in any other tasks as and when assigned.

**WORK LOCATION**
RedOne HQ, IOI Boulevard, A-3-42, Jalan Kenari 5, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47170 Puchong, Selangor (2 minute walking distance from LRT Station IOI Puchong Jaya)
