Human Resources Assistant

Job Descriptions
1. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
3. Process insurance or SOCSO claims for employee;
4. Preparing any memo, announcement, letter, etc. pertaining to office for driver when required.
5. Assist HOD in general HR Employee Relation Tasks (Submission claims for toll/parking and monthly payroll preparation for driver).
6. Assist with day-to-day operations and provide clerical support to Human Resources Department.
7. Manage office stationery and supplies.
8. Liaise with driver relate to driving license and passport renewal, typhoid injection etc as and when required.
9. Assist Halal Department when required.
10. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
3. Strong problem solving skills with ability to thrive in fast paced environment and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
6. Able to start work ASAP is an added advantage.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
(8:00am to 5:30pm)
