Sales Executive

**Operational**
1. To implement all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the Marketing Plan.
2. To establish and maintain files on major active accounts within his/her market areas.
3. To achieve the Key Performance Indicator (“KPI”) for the Sales & Marketing Department.
4. To follow SOPP guidelines of Eden Group of Companies.
5. To provide feedback to the Manager, Sales & Marketing on changing market conditions including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, either in person or by any other means.
6. To disseminate sales related information to other departments as and when required and to network with all related agencies.
7. To attend to all pre-function meeting as and when required.
8. To maintain required level of corporate confidentiality.
9. To perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
10. To maintain and update the customer database system up to date at all times.
11. To maintain or exceed the monthly sales target assigned

1. To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and with that of other departments.
2. To consult on a daily basis the employee and department notice board in order to keep up to date with the latest information.
3. To conduct himself / herself in an exemplary manner at all times to all designated employees and reflect a positive image for the Company.
**General**
1. To perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Catering’s Policies and Procedures to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
2. To maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all Catering guests.
3. To perform related duties and special projects as assigned and other duties than the above as requested by the Management / the Company.
4. To practice and promote the Department’s mission and most importantly Eden Catering’s philosophy and values.
5. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
6. To maintain confidentiality when dealing with clients and other company employees.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
