職責:
- 識別新的商機、啟動業務開發活動、開發和管理關鍵客戶關係等。
- 管理和執行馬來西亞市場的業務發展策略
- 實施戰術計劃以幫助滿足並超越組織期望
- 確保客戶請求的準確性、及時性和完整性,並為客戶提供持續的查詢回饋直至完成
- 談判高水準交易並為客戶創建「開箱即用」的解決方案
- 遵循合規部門制定的有關根據監管機構的要求處理客戶文件的指南
- 積極參與相關研討會或特別活動的管理與執行
- 完成營運成果和KPI報告並向管理團隊介紹
- 秉持專業精神,體現公司形象
- 關閉和跟進銷售線索以持續提高銷售和收入
要求
- 持有金融、銀行、工商管理或同等學歷文憑或學士學位者優先。
- 擁有至少2年金融業銷售或業務開發工作經驗。
- 具有強大的溝通和談判能力以達成交易。
- 能夠主動工作、拓展並努力實現既定目標
- 具有出色的網路技能、良好的人際交往能力和強大的客戶管理能力的候選人
- 優秀的優先順序、規劃和組織能力的證據
- 英語和國語母語流利,能用國語溝通者優先
- 薪資包含底薪+津貼+佣金
