**Responsibilities**
- **Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets, consumer trends and competitor strategies. Analyze data to develop targeted sales strategies.
- **Business Development**:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, distributors and partners.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Collaborate with the sales team to identify key accounts and develop customized sales approaches.
- **Client Management**:Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop long-term relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**:Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with clients and partners. Ensure all agreements are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.
- **Sales Performance Tracking**:Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics and generate reports to assess progress towards goals. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, production and logistics to coordinate sales activities, ensure product availability and support promotional efforts.
- **Market Expansion Strategies**:Continuously evaluate market dynamics and identify opportunities for market expansion. Develop strategies to enter new markets, launch new products and increase brand visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- Experience in sales.
- Able to travel overseas.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST since the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients from China and Hong Kong.
- Good attitude & willingness to learn.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Generating leads.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
