Business Development Assistant

**What you will do in this role**:
- Prepare detailed and competitive quotations aligned with company pricing policies and profit margins.
- Follow up with customers to address concerns, answer questions, and secure order confirmation.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery of orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Process sales orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are correct.
- Communicate order details to internal departments (e.g. logistics) and track order progress.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to business development activities.
- Assist the Business Development Executive in identifying and researching potential new suppliers.
- Assist monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Willing to travel
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
**What you need in this role**:
- Work Location: No 133, Jalan Seroja 39, Taman Johor Jaya, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor.
- Required skill(s): communication skill, Customer Service and Relationship Management.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year of working experience in any field is required for this position.
- Possess own transport.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
