Admin & Client Relationship Assistant

**Office Location**: Subang Jaya SS15
**Working Location**: Klang Valley
**Working hours**: Full time 5 days a week
Responsibilities;
1. Act as the point of contact between internal, tenants/guests & owners.
2. Coordinate, schedule and follow up the requirement of tenants/guests & owners such as
maintenance, complaints, check in/out, booking, viewing etc.
3. Responsible for clients relationship & administrative related works.
4. To undertake any other any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time
to time.
5. Coordinate cleaning / laundry / maintenance.
6. Handle and resolve guest requests/issues and ensuring prompt action.
Requirements;
Proficiency speak and write Bahasa Malaysia and English. Other language such as Arabic, mandarin, French and etc shall be added advantages.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Outstanding writing and communication skills
Able to work independent, multi-tasking with minimum supervision and good time management.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel
Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Off day on weekday.
