**Responsibilities**
- **Calendar Management**: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the executive.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- **Administrative Support**:Performing various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, expense tracking, and maintaining records.
- **Project Coordination**: Assisting with special projects or initiatives, coordinating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with client(students).
- **Office Management**: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring smooth operations.
- **Information Management**:Organizing and maintaining files, records, and other documents, both in physical and digital formats. They may also be responsible for data entry and keeping databases up to date.
- **Task Management**:Assisting with various tasks and projects as assigned by their employer. This could involve anything from conducting research to preparing presentations or reports.

**Requirement**
- **Able to communicate in English, Malay n (Mandarin WAJIB)**:

- **Must have OWN Laptop.**:

- **Computer knowledge - good in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint**:

- **Pleasant personality, cheerful voice, polite, patience and good attitude.**
