**REQUIREMENTS**:
2. **One (1) year working experience and fresh graduates **are encouraged to apply.

3. Excellent mathematical calculation skills.

4. Computer literate i.e: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

5. Good command of written and spoken in both English and Malay.

6. Possess own transportation & license (D or B2).

7. Able to handle task assigned independently, organized, systematic, strong interpersonal & communication skills.

8. Willing to go for outstation around Sarawak when required.

10. Positive attitude, highly initiative and good teamwork skills.

11. Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.

12. Effective time management and ability to multi-tasks are required.

**RESPONSIBILITY**:
1. To prepare tender submission, handle progress claims, variation orders and finalize project accounts.

2. To perform administration of tenders - prepare quotation, tender and contract documents including Bill of Quantities (BQ), cost estimation, cost control and budgeting.

3. To provide advice on contractual claims, EOT Claims etc.

4. Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and vendors.

5. Liaise with the client, construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers and other stakeholders.

6. Attend tender site visits and project meetings.

7. Carry out site inspections and monitor works on an on-going basis.

8. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
