**Job Scope**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for all three companies.
- Develop and implement employee's onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage employee performance evaluation and appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to managers.
- Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies across the organizations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing employees.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR manager, preferably in a multi-company or group HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage and develop HR teams across multiple companies.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive HR strategies and decision-making.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits programs and administration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Willingness to travel between company locations as required.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
