**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries and issue resolution.
- Conduct detailed P&L analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Perform regular reconciliations of client accounts, including GL, AP, and AR, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor management.
- Work closely with with internal teams, including finance, sales, and operations, to address client needs and achieve financial objectives.
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles and audit requirements in all financial transactions and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, agreements, and financial transactions.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in accounting and finance.
- Support and oversee HR functions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in P&L analysis, reconciliation, GL management, AP, and AR.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, audit processes, and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw actionable insights.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.
- Experience in account management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
