Training Assistant Manager

Plans, coordinates and directs training and staff development programs to all outlet
- staff.
- Conduct operational training to new hires.
- Provide numerous quality training to all staff.
- Selecting and managing resources including working with both internal employees and Business partners to develop and deliver training.
- Optimizing training processes for efficiency.
- Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage and maintain internal training facilities, training material, equipment and records.
- Innovate and implement other key initiatives to motivate employees of all levels in enhancing the service quality to customers.
- Communicating with management, trainers and team members to ensure that all needs are met.
- Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirement
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in training/coaching and lead the team.
- Knowledge in verbal and written in Mandarin, English and Bahasa.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A team player who is dynamic with mature personality, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Perak Region.
- Strong influence ability
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
