Job Summary:

To assist Branch Manager in implementing branch sales strategies to achieve branch's sales objectives & goals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish initiatives to meet Sales Strategies
  • Ensure business retention
  • New Business Development
  • Organic growth from existing agents & customers
  • Continuous recruitment of new agents
  • Full responsibility of credit control & premium collection
  • Provide training to agents and other intermediaries
  • Constant social engagement with corporate clients
  • Conduct risk inspections before acceptance
  • Accept & underwrite risks within authority limit & guidelines
  • Work with customers on risk management
  • Adhere to AMLA provisions & other relevant compliance matters pertaining to OACM & the Great Eastern Group policies & be vigilant to uphold these in the discharge of any duties
