About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales plans, and leading teams to achieve their objectives.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet assigned targets.
  • Drive category and channel's sales and market share.
  • Plan and execute on promotions, ensuring proper implementation by the sales team.
  • Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure proper product placement, planogram, and visibility, in line with company overall strategies.
  • Lead, train, and motivate subordinates to achieve their objectives.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee daily operation and management for the Ipoh Branch.
Requirements
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in any related discipline is preferred.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and customer management skills.

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team is required.
