Protege - Human Resources (Foreign Worker)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITY**:
- Coordinating and administering all process involving foreign worker related matters and provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily activities as well as routine task to ensure smooth operations processes.
**REQUIREMENT**:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience
- Excellent command of English and Malay
- Structured, analytical, well-organized and able to work under tight deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Meticulous and details-oriented
- URGENT VACANCY
- To prepare documentation for foreign workers intake and to do submissions of necessary document to the relevant authorities.
- To maintain and ensure all database and system are updated in a timely manner.
- To generate relevant reports on all matters related to the foreign workers as and when required.
- Liase with KDN, Fomema, and Imegresen for Foreign Worker matter.
- Always responsible and be on-call anytime inclusive of off-duty hours, to attend foreign worker's emergency incidents, to transport workers, follow-up cases, carry out discipline action and investigate root cause of the incidents.
- To manage Hostel matter and all needed.
- To performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
