We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Specialists to join our client's team and help to support our customer better in the retail FX & CFDs industry. Our newest team member will be responsible for working with the team to ensure that service level agreements are met in responding to user tickets and answering user queries on the platform.

**What You'll Do**:

- Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer inquiries.
- Constantly verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions on hourly basis
- Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
- Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals set by the supervisor.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

**Who are looking for**:

- Preferably with 1year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
