We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

We are seeking for a dynamic and passionate individual to **drive our expansion in the payment terminal market**. As a Business Development Executive for the payments team, you will be responsible for **identifying new business opportunities, building pipelines, closing deals and increasing market penetration** for our range of Qashier's integrated payment terminal solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Business Development**: Drive sales growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and conversion of opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- **Execute Merchant Acquisition Plan** by cold-calling, setting up meetings, pitching and closing deals for payment terminal solutions.
- **Product Development Input**: Provide insights and feedbacksfrom the market to contribute to the development of new payment terminal products and enhancements.
- **Revenue Growth**: Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue objectives, and KPIs related to market share and profitability in the payment terminal business segment.
- Minimum 1 year of sales and BD experience in the F&B and/or retail sector. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding in payment terminals, point-of-sale systems, and payment processing solutions.
- This position requires frequent travelling, thus having your own vehicle is necessary.
- Ability to converse in multiple languages is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal with good analytical skills.
- An autonomous and driven individual with a "hunter" mindset, approaching challenges with resilience and determination, learning from setbacks without losing momentum.
