Human Resource Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of grant-related documentation.
- Coordinate and administer the organization's training programs.
- Arranging for venue, training refreshments, and liaising with stakeholders.
- In charge of the upkeep of Training Room.
- Conduct orientation training for new hires.
- Manage and oversee internal/in-house training sessions.
- Uphold accurate and up-to-date records related to Training & Development activities.
- Implement efficient record-keeping systems to ensure accessibility and compliance.
- Assist Superior in all Audit related documentation
- Able to liaise effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels on all matters pertaining to L&D.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners involved in training initiatives.
- Prepares and compiles necessary updates for the e-publishing of L&D newsletter.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the internship program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Foster effective communication between interns, supervisors, and relevant departments.
- In charge of interns’ monthly allowance processing.
- Manage administrative tasks, including certificates distribution, to ensure the smooth functioning of the Learning & Development department.
- Address ad-hoc tasks promptly, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience HR roles with a focus on Learning & Development.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in record-keeping and documentation.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Detail oriented - Strong attention to detail, ability to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and able to work effectively under pressure and in challenging situations.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Agility in handling evolving tasks and responsibilities within a dynamic work environment.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
