Job description
- Responsible for all communication in-going and out-going.
- Handle in-house paging system.
- Courteously receive and properly route incoming call.
- Ensure proper functioning of telephone equipment at all times and implement correct telephone operating procedure.
- Assist guest as when necessary.
- Take down and relay message.
- Project a good image of the Hotel by establishing a good communication through the telephone conversation.
- Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
- Understands room status and room status tracking.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

- Front Office Assistant / Operator Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
