**Job Title: Business Development Executive - Franchise Coffee Brand (Kopi Saigon)**

Our focus is on delivering high-quality coffee experiences to our customers while providing franchise opportunities to aspiring entrepreneurs. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
- Develop and execute the overall business development strategy for franchise expansion in Malaysia, aligning with the company's growth objectives and brand standards.
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners, conducting thorough market research and due diligence to ensure compatibility with our brand values and business model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of the franchise development process and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the franchise coffee industry in Malaysia.
- Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals and financial analyses to potential franchise partners, showcasing the value proposition and potential return on investment of our franchise offering.
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately documented and aligned with company policies and objectives.
- Monitor and track franchise performance, providing ongoing support to franchisees to maximize their operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies for franchise locations, ensuring brand consistency and visibility in the market.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and franchise-related legal requirements to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, franchise development, or related roles within the coffee or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of franchise business models, operations, and financials.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with franchise partners and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify strategic opportunities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel within Malaysia as needed.

**Salary**: RM3,600.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
