**Our team is constantly expanding, so our Johor Bahru office is currently needs an additional specialist to perform the following duties**:

- Processing requests and feedback from our clients (live chat, outgoing calls, face-to-face) regarding the quality of our service, resolving conflicts between users if necessary;
- Assisting users with the registration process in our mobile app, supporting them in resolving order related issues, photo report evaluations;
- Participating in outdoor promotions.

**Requirements**:

- SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field;
- Strong command of English/Bahasa Melayu;
- Customer Service or Sales experience: min. 1 year;
- Pro-active attitude, friendly and outgoing personality;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Computer literate (MS Office, Google Spreadsheet).

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
