Service Desk Specialist with Mandarin

**任務:**
- 為最終用戶提供遠端 L1 支援;
- 分析問題並制定正確的解決方案;
- 故障排除以及與非技術最終用戶相關的解決程序,
- 在整個事件生命週期內開啟、關閉和監控系統中的事件;
- 監控正確的時間表 (SLA)
- 透過電話、電子郵件和聊天與最終用戶聯繫,-> 為知識庫維護提供意見。 -> 在我們位於吉隆坡的辦公室進行 8 小時輪班工作(100% 現場工作,不可能混合或遠端工作),週末可能輪班
**要求:**
- 流利的普通話和良好的英語;
- 強大的組織能力,能夠有效地決定優先順序
- 優秀的溝通技巧以及在困難或衝突情況下與不同客戶和員工群體進行專業互動的能力;
- 先前的 L1 遠端支援經驗,包括:故障排除、診斷、解決方案、軟體部署將被視為獨特資產
- 能夠輪班工作(8:00 - 6:30)週一至週五(每天 8 小時工作時間)
- 需要在馬來西亞公共假期工作,然後接受商定的補假
