We are representing multiple Multinational Medical Device company in the healthcare industry that are urgently hiring for Customer Service/ Sales Support Coordinator.

Essential Functions And Duties
- Manages order / billing.
- Online support to digital products and help to troubleshoot and provide solutions to customers.
- Work closely with sales and clinical team to provide the updates on policies, on the changes of products, the new features or the processes.
- Attends and contributes to team and company meetings to stay up to date on relevant information.
- Other duties may be assigned, directed or requested.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - 2-3 years of experience providing customer services or support required.
- Customer focus, player and learning mindset, a pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill.
- Must be organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Get used to work under pressure with multi-tasks.
- Must have basic computer skills including: PC/Mac, (Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Language skills Ability to read and interpret training documents, safety rules, and procedural documents.
- Must have a high school diploma or graduate.
- Availability to start work immediately is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
