**About the Role**

General Trades and Key Accounts have increasing importance to our Direct-to-consumer strategy. Our business has experienced high growth and our goal is to consistently improve our General Trade and Key Account business this year on year.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Drive the business at the “front” with a real impact on our performance by support and executive business direction and strategy of assigned territory.
- Seek new business opportunities/ partnerships for expansion/ growth through competitive market intelligence.
- Provide business review and reporting of assigned territory.
- Regularly engage collaborators and partners; address business challenges/ concerns/ objectives by providing actionable solutions.
- Engage with consumers directly in outlets to obtain feedback and/ or insights and promote a smoke-free future.
- Collaborate and work closely with others to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure physical optimization of reporting to create route plan with efficiency improvement and adhere to the call frequency required by each outlet.
- Act as a change enabler for transformation in assigned territory.
- Ensure self and all General Trade Retailer/ Key Account Collaborators/ Partners comply with the Company’s Principles & Practices, Code of Conduct, Commercial processes, local and Federal laws.
